The Fleet Operator will be responsible for managing a fleet of vehicles within the Punctual Express network. This person must have experience managing a fleet of vehicles and be able to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain vehicles, and manage finances. They will be responsible for ensuring their fleet is operating efficiently and within Punctual Express standards and guidelines.

Owner Operator

The Owner Operator will be responsible for managing and operating their own vehicles within the Punctual Express network. This person must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be able to manage their own business while also adhering to Punctual Express’ standards and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining their vehicles, and managing their own finances.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as an owner operator or in a similar role
Strong business acumen and ability to manage finances
Ability to maintain and manage own vehicles to meet Punctual Express standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Concierge Specialist

The Concierge Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to Punctual Express clients. This person will be the face of the company and must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. They will be responsible for answering client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
